The one doesn't seem to go with the other, food and exercise......Everyone likes to eat then relax...don't they?
Why spend money, time buying and preparing good stuff if you're then going to try and 'sweat it all off'?
I'm told it is ok to eat cheesecakes/brownies at all time of the day (and probably night) but if you do then physical effort may be needed afterwards.

Maybe not immediately after eating it, but don't leave too much time, it gets harder and harder.......
Really it is easier in summer because much more green salad is eaten, which fills the stomach with few calories, tomatoes and other salad items have more taste, but the dressings are still there. Drinks are also a source of extreme calories, even wine, but try to avoid certain 'non-alcoholic' drinkies otherwise serious things can happen.........

having a picnic or eating outdoors? Try this, if you need to -
