Wie ware es etwas anders? 
Leider ist es ziemlich schwierig Sachen zu finden die Deutsche "Geschmacksart" nachkommen.
Im Grunde die Deutschen essen fast alles....vor allem ding alles das mit Schwein zu tun hat! Nun - das ist natürlich eine "Generalisation" - aber Wurste, Gulasch, Pasteten, Schnitzeln, haben meistens damit zu tun!
Vielleicht aus Kostengründen, vielleicht weil das "Schweinchen" der art verwendbar ist, aber vor allem weil Schweinefleisch ÜBERALL zu bekommen ist.

zum abwechseln - mit Hänchen!
Ich habe auch nichts dagegen, Ich mag es auch, nur ab und zu können Sie auch versuchen das Fleischanteil im Ihren geliebte platte zu wechseln....
Die meisten Rezepte sind mit einen Vielfaches von Fleischsorten vorzubereiten. Statt Geschnetzeltes aus Schwein,  versuchen sie es mit rind....ja - es wird teurer kommen, aber Sie können es auch umändern im "Boeuf Stroganoff" und Ihrer Gaste Hollich aus dem hauschen treiben....!

Es gibt vieles die Mann kennt in Deutsche art die, mit ein paar wechseln ganz was anderes darstellen.......Versuchen Sie es am ist wirklich nicht schwierig....
